Have you ever had that last minute project that your parents help you on? Sometimes they help other times they just do it. Either way it is still good. Yes, I mean parents have great ideas as long as they don't do it for their child/children it should be fine. As long as the student actually does it but with parent's advice or information.
Kids are busy with many after school activities. Some of these activities may include travel teams, music lessons, and other activities. There is a situation a parent can help, as said in Should Parents Help With Homework.
Kids homework is way more demanding and time consuming than just doing it in school after an assignment or the end of the day. A little extra work should not be that bad espcially when the teacher keeps going on and on about how she/he will give us extra work. As you can see on page 20 in Should Parents Help With Homework.
If students cannot complete the homework assignment they should let a teacher know so they can get some extra time to finish it or extra help with something. Some kids worry if they don't get help from their parents they will be at a competitive disadvantage. Concluded from the article in the magazine.
Next time you have an assignment ask mom or dad for some advice or if they did a similiar project when they were younger.

Homework ? , we all had it before but are some parents going too far on ''helping''. This is why I think no, parents should not do the students homework.
Homework is supposed to help the student not the parents refresh there minds. As stated in the article Should Parents Help With Homework?, it has been proven student that let their parents do their homework do wost on test than students that do it there self. Kids are never too busy to do home work. When you are watching tv or playing video games you can do the home work instead and get it done.
Experts say in the article Should Parents Help With Homework? in section Practice Makes Perfect, that many parents cross the line between helping and doing. Pointing out math mistakes is fine but not the right answer. Proofing a project is helpful but not right , the project is for the student not the parent.
As used in the article Should Parents Help With Homework?, growing up can be difficult but you need to learn how to balanced extracurricular activitys with the demands of school work. Studys show that many kids are stressed over school and feel more pressure than ever to do well. Between travel teams , music lessons and other activitys some kids hardly have time to eat!
So do you want your kid living in your basment or not then do not do there home work? Some parents might still want to help there kids but it is up to you. That is why i think no, the home work is for students.

Imagine, your 40 years old, and you're living in your parents basement. You have no job and you and your nerd buddies stay in the basement all day playing killing game. All because your parents helped you on your homework assignments.
No, I think that children should not get help from their parents on their homework. When children get help they do not really learned it, and your parents are not going to be able to help you when you are in class taking the test.
When children get help from their parents it teaches them that they can depend on them with all their problems. In the article its states that children that get help from their parents tend to get lowest results on tests.
If your parents help you with everything you will never really understand the material and never get an education. You need education to get a job, and with no job or education, you will be on your parents couch for the rest of your life.
A lot of kids do extracurricular activities like football, volleyball, techclub, or cheer, but like it says in the article, learning to balance school work and extracurricular activities is just part of growing up. You might have a lot on your plate, but that is no excuse for you not to do your homework.
In conclusion, I think that parents should not help their children should not get help from their parents with their homework. It will seem like help then, but later, you will regret it.

Should we let kids live in their parent's basments for the rest of there lives ,just beause they asked for there parents to do there school work for them? Or yes ,let them help ,school is hard? I think we should not let kids have thier parent's do their work for them.I think this reason is because, when kids have help and by help I mean (having there parents do it for them),they dont learn anything.
Think about teachers they can help you more than your parents. The article does state that many experts say that parents cross the line between ''Helping and Doing''. Yes they can help find stuff but not reveal the awnsers.
The article states again that many kids complaine that they don't have time so ,guess what? You make time! Adults and children have time for work or activities so you can make time for some homework. And it helps kids feel good to acomplish somthing on there own.
"Should Your Parents Help You With Your Homework?" also states that kids that have had help from parents did much worse than the kids who had not had help.So if you ask for help make shure your the one who is learning. Because if its not you
I consider this cheating and not fair to kids who don't get help. When life gets tough you've got to get tougher. So no don't let kids be slackers.
